Parents
How joining works.
A clear, gentle journey from first enquiry to a happily settled child.
01
Enquire
Send a short enquiry with your child's age, when you'd like to start and the days you're interested in.
02
Talk & visit
We discuss your child's needs, availability, funding and the £280 contribution, food and allergies, sleep and routines, and settling in. Then you come and see us.
03
Offer of a place
You receive a written offer: start date, days and hours, fees and funding, settling-in dates, and the agreement and policies to read.
04
Registration
Complete your child's secure registration in the parent area: family details, health and allergies, feeding, sleep and care, development, consents and acknowledgements.
05
Settling in
Settling in is shaped around your child's temperament and routines. Every child settles at their own pace.
06
Working together
Daily handovers keep you updated, and we stay in touch about health, care needs and your child's development.
