Using the site

By using this website you accept these terms. Information on the site is general and may change; a visit request or application does not guarantee a place.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
  • Only use the portal for your own family. Access to a child's record is granted only after we have verified you as their parent or guardian.
  • Make sure the information you give us is accurate and kept up to date, especially health and emergency details.

Acceptable use

You must not try to access information that is not yours, interfere with the site's security, or upload anything unlawful or harmful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content

Text, images and animations on this site belong to MiniMove or our licensors. Photos of children are never published without parental consent.

Liability

We take care to keep the site available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Part B: Childcare terms (summary)

This is a summary only. Your signed parent agreement sets out the full terms and takes precedence if anything differs.

Offering and confirming a place

After a visit and application, we may offer a place. A place is confirmed once the parent agreement is signed, registration is complete including required consents, and [deposit / first payment terms].

Opening hours

Monday to Thursday 9am–3pm; Friday 9am–12pm. [term dates, holidays and closure days].

Fees

We accept government-funded early education hours. Our contribution for a funded place is £280 per month. Payment dates: [to be confirmed]. Late payment: [to be confirmed]. Fees for funded hours follow the local authority's rules for providers.

Illness, collection and safety

  • Children who are unwell or infectious must stay at home, in line with our health policy and UK Health Security Agency guidance.
  • Children are only released to parents or adults you have authorised in advance. Late collection: [arrangements and any charge].
  • We follow our safeguarding and child protection policy at all times.

Ending a place

Either side may end the agreement with [notice period] written notice. We may end a place sooner where required to keep children safe, or for serious breach of the agreement, following our policies.

Your consumer rights

If you enter the agreement without meeting us in person, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
