Our approach
We support children using positive, age-appropriate strategies in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. We do not use physical punishment.
Working together
We work with parents to support each child’s behaviour and development. If behaviour becomes unsafe or significantly affects others, we discuss how to support the child and keep everyone safe.
